Hello, this is JV Duran, your Boston-based wedding photographer. Today, I’m excited to share with you five of my favorite wedding venues in Boston, MA. Each of these venues offers a unique setting, perfect for capturing lifelong memories.

 

First off, we have the Boston Public Library. This architectural wonder isn’t just for book lovers. With its grand staircase, majestic courtyards, and mesmerizing murals, it has everything to make your wedding photos stand out. The best time to have a wedding here is in spring, when the courtyard is in full bloom. It's perfect for a large, extravagant wedding.

 

Next, let's take a look at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum. This might seem like an unconventional choice, but the museum’s lush lawns and the vintage charm of the historic Carriage House make it a unique setting for a wedding. Fall weddings here are magical, with the surrounding trees showcasing glorious autumn colors. This venue is great for couples seeking a blend of history and nature.

 

The third venue on my list is the Artists For Humanity EpiCenter. This modern, eco-friendly event space is perfect for artsy couples. The venue's high ceilings and ample natural light make it a dream to photograph. I recommend a summer wedding here, as you can make the most of the outdoor space. This venue is ideal for large, urban weddings.

 

Next up is the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum. This venue offers a blend of history, harbor views, and unique photo opportunities aboard replicas of the 18th-century sailing vessels. A summer wedding would be ideal here, offering beautiful sunset views over the harbor. This venue is perfect for intimate weddings and elopements.

 

Finally, there's Fenway Park. Yes, you read that right! This iconic baseball stadium is not just for sports fans. Imagine saying your vows at home plate with the Green Monster as your backdrop, it's a unique experience your guests will never forget. Spring or fall would be the ideal time for a wedding here, when the games are off-season. This venue is perfect for large, sporty weddings.
